วิธีทำพื้นวินฟลอร์ CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES
วิธีทำในที่ CAST IN PLACE
  
1.เทคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก หรือปูนทรายทับลงบนพื้นเดิมและปาดหน้าเรียบ    ตามวิธีปกติ
      Reinforced concrete or mortar topping is placed and    screeded to the desired    grade and then floated, using    standard concrete practices.

                                                             

2.เคลือบสีโดยการโรยสีเคลือบแข็ง และขัดด้วยเกรียงเหล็ก    การเคลือบสีนี้จะแบ่งสีทำสองชั้นและขัดจนสีสม่ำเสมอทั่วทั้งผืน    และขณะที่คอนกรีตมีความนิ่มพอดีไม่อ่อนหรือแข็งมากเกินไปจะโรยสีพิมพ์ลาย    แล้วพิมพ์ลายด้วยแบบพิมพ์ยาง
      Using standard dry-shake method, special colour    hardener is twice applied    and steel troweled to the    surface. While the surface is still in plastic state,    releaser    agent and texture-imprinting tool are applied, respectively.

                                         

3.เมื่อคอนกรีตได้อายุพอสมควรจะทำการตกแต่ง    ล้างทำความสะอาดทิ้งไว้ให้แห้ง
      After concrete curing, the surface is then cleaned and left    dry.

                                                            

4.ทาน้ำยาอาครีลิคเคลือบผิวทั้งหมด น้ำยาอาครีลิคนี้จะเข้าไป
   อุดรูพรุนบนผิวคอนกรีต  ทำให้ผิวทึบน้ำไม่ดูดซับความสกปรกต่าง ๆ    ทำความสะอาดง่ายขึ้น ไม่ขึ้นรา    เพิ่มความแข็งและทนทานต่อรอยขีดข่วน    ตลอดจนทำให้สีสันดูเข้มสวยงามขึ้น
      Special acrylic sealer is applied to the stamped surface,    to increase stain    resistance surface hardening and colour    enhancing effect.

                                        

5.สภาพพื้นเมื่อเสร็จเรียบร้อย
      Floor appearance when completed.

                                        

6.ผลงานคุณภาพ ต้องได้ลายหินที่คม ชัด ลึก    และสีเหลือบกันดูกลมกลืนเป็นธรรมชาติ
      High quality product with clear stone texture and naturally    look colour.

ปูบนพื้นคอนกรีต
3 cm. sheets on concrete slab

                                       


วิธีใช้แผ่น วินฟลอร์ หนา 6 ซ.ม.
ปูบนทราย
